Hi, My name's Paul Bandeira and I have been writing poetry and short stories since I was knee-high to a grasshopper.  Well to be truthful I think I wrote my first poem at the age of seven.

Shortly after this first masterpiece my
career suffered a 'slight' pause until around the age of 16 when I began
reading and writing again. 

Somewhere around the age of eighteen and somewhere in the Mediterranean I teamed up with a shipmate and we did a little busking to Vietnam vets on R and R from the killing fields.

Then a decade later I took up my pen and started to write a few poems many of which I ditched in my search for a style.  However it is only in the last five years that I have written seriously with a view to publication. 

My poetry contains a high proportion of rhyme because that's the way it rolls out of my brain but it does have a
modern message,  which I hope you will like.


My first collection is titled 'Words and Life'.

My second collection, for children, is called 'Monsters and Things'.

My third collection is called 'More Words and Life'.
